Oh the butterflies

This card sent in by Amanda is all a-flutter with Springtime happiness! I love the way she colored the image in and the way she framed it with the green paper. Her embellishments are just fabulous – I never would think to add a bow that big but it’s just perfect!!

She was happy

Another lovely card by Amanda. I think the doily type background she used to stamp the image on is just wonderful. It reminds me of tea time and cake (or chocolates). I love that she gave her a patterned dress and the little flower embellishments are so sweet.

Amanda really does a lovely job of using layers. With just one stamp she’s created a beautifully sweet card. She used black once again to frame all the layers. I love that she added the blue shading on the frame with the stamped image. I think it’s the little touches that people add to cards that make them so big!

Official snow taster

Another lovely wintery card from Amanda. This time everyone’s tasting snowflakes!
I love the way she’s colored in the characters – all the detail and shading. I also love the subtle shading in the background – some nice big fluffy snow-filled clouds. I think she used her favorite powder again (Twinkling Clouds). She’s finished it all off with the perfect little embellishments.

The first card from one of the new design team members, Amanda Reed. (More will follow once I finish with all their orders. :) )
I love the hot pink and turquoise blue color combination – from her coloring to the cardstock she chose. And the embellishments bring everything together – the fresh fallen snow made using her favorite snow stuff (Twinkling Clouds from Sparkle N Sprinkle) and the sparkly chipboard snowflakes. Just wonderful.
