sandy-scooter-inspirationI saw the little yellow ball in the lower right corner and wonder if she was thinking of that when she picked out her embellishments – the teal, red and yellow dots under Scooter. It looks like her background is woven – maybe this is a way to use all those scraps. I love her framing with the dark paper, it really sets everything off. Adorable.

    Love the inspiration for this card… looks like someone enjoyed their dip in the water :) Great job with the layout and coloring!
