The good news – my website is back up, the bad news, it’s only a reprieve. Just like computers it’s only so long until you have to upgrade to the latest version. I’ve been putting it off and can’t any longer.

In the meantime, I have quite a few cards to post and will start doing that over the weekend – yeah!

Hope you all are having a good week.

Hi, Holly here. My main site,, has decided to go down! I’m not sure what the problem is but will try to have it up and running soon [insert crossing fingers and toes here].

I have many cards to post and will just as soon as I can get to it.

Thank you for your patience.

sandy-scooter-smSandy sent in this card and I just love her inspiration photo…

sandy-scooter-inspirationI saw the little yellow ball in the lower right corner and wonder if she was thinking of that when she picked out her embellishments – the teal, red and yellow dots under Scooter. It looks like her background is woven – maybe this is a way to use all those scraps. I love her framing with the dark paper, it really sets everything off. Adorable.

celine-curiosity-smThe children are away, and now it’s the cats’ turn to play! I’d sure say so. Celine sent in this cute kitty card and I think something is going to be derailed here shortly. =^..^=

She said she used a combination of watercolors, acrylics and Prismacolors to color this scene.  She also said that her stamp positioner got a real work-out, too.

heike-clock-smLooks like someone is turning 40! Heike created this clever card using die cuts and loads of critters. I just love her how she put all the little animals around the clock – too cute. And her choice of cutting the clock out in black really makes it stand out but not so much that you don’t notice everything else that’s going on. I wonder if she’ll add more animals for number 50? :)

kelly-edna-smKelly has quite the sense of humor! Here she stamped Edna who’s sporting a robe, slippers and hair curlers with a great sentiment “That’s right, I’m bringing the sexy! Call me!” I just had to giggle.

Kelly says she paper pieced Edna’s dress and created her own sentiment. I think it’s such a fun card with all her layers in the background and her addition of the red and white string.
