winterbook-full-smI worked on this for quite some time and FINALLY finished. I was inspired by a project that Cathrine over at Paper Garden Projects created last year (I believe).

I started with chipboard shapes and covered each with a different piece of paper. I added snow with some white molding paste and before it dried sprinkled it with glitter. For the ice on the skating pages I used Diamond glaze. I made all the backgrounds first and then added the little kids and such on top. It was a labor of love for sure.

OuuuLaLA! How stunning. I love the texture of the snow & the way you have the paper patterns show through. Breathtaking! And you have the inspiration right, for sure. That project of Cathy’s is stamped on my brain forever, & now it has great company! ;O)
