Can’t you just feel the light of the full moon on this card. Dagi sent in this wonderful scene featuring Stuart and puppy Scooter in their flying box.

She sent a note along with the card that I thought needed sharing (with her permission of course).

This card was inspired by life and sometimes having to keep believing in yourself and in your dreams. She’s been trying to become a teacher in Germany. After years at university she’s finished her exams, with top scores, but finding a full time position is difficult. I think a lot of people might be able to relate to this in one way or another. It can be frustrating but she says she just has to keep believing in her dreams. I think that is so true…hard sometimes…but very true. Thank you for sharing Dagi and for such a lovely reminder. :)

As for the card techniques, she says that she didn’t do anything special – although I find that hard to believe. :) Nothing more than a bit of masking and positioning and then coloring with distress inks. The tiny alphabet she used to create her saying is from Stampendous.

BEAUTIFUL card! You CAN almost feel the light of the moon! You are not alone – I have been looking for a full time teaching position for over a year and have not found one. Hang in there. Hopefully something will pop up soon, you have a great attitude until then. :)

This and all of Dagis work is awe-some. Her use of multi stamping is wounderful. I became a follower of hers so I can “get it” with cardmaking.
