Hank on his hoover!

Meg sent another card – yeah! This one she actually created for a sketch challenge. I love how Hank the dog is in the moon’s spotlight…what I can’t believe is she actually cut out the cord on the vacuum cleaner!

Here’s the instructions Meg sent:

  1. For Mr Hank, I stamped and heat embossed on Stampin’ Up. Soft Suede, PaperTreyInk Smokey Shadow, and some Fancy Pants “All Fall” patterned paper, added some details (like coloring in the hat, eye, and bottom of the vacuum) with prismacolor pencils, cut out, and paper pieced.
  2. For the moon, I brayered Memento Tuxedo Black over orange All Fall paper with a post-it circle on it, then removed the post-it. The fabulous twine is Martha Stewart and the “boo” is from Stampin’ Up Tiny Tags.
  3. For the bottom layer, I spritzed Gingersnap SmoochSpritz over the same patterned paper I used for the vacuum.
