This is Mrs. McTwitter and Tootsie – the Fall version.
- Stamp the background word stamp (from Purple Onion Designs) and then mount it onto brown polka-dot paper.
- Stitch around the word block by first poking small holes and then use embroidery floss for stitching.
- Stamp Mrs. McTwitter onto some white cardstock (I use Bristol paper) and use Copic markers to color her and Tootsie in.
- Cut around the image. Use thick glue dots to adhere her and Tootsie to the card.
- Mount the whole thing on the dark brown cardstock.

Hi Holly!
I like your blog (and love your cute stamps/creations) and appreciate the information (techniques and supplies) you include.
I still consider myself a novice when it comes to creating greeting cards and so I get those “ahh ha, that’s how it’s done” moments.
